Jenny Simpson
Admin Lead
Jenny leads up our admin team here in clinic. She is the friendly face you meet when you come to clinic and is at the end of the phone and emails for all your queries.
She also manages our social media channels, creating and publishing all posts and reels for the clinic, so give us a follow!
When she is not at work, she loves to golf, spend time at the gym or out for walks and follows Formula One.

Kim Todd
Sports Massage Therapist
Relaxation Therapy
Kim has been with Step and Stone Health since the beginning and offers sports massage along with some relaxing therapies.
She has recently completed training is Oncology massage. This service is now available to book online.
Kim is a keen runner and loves the outdoors, so you’ll normally find her running or planning her next hill run.

Hattie Black
Relaxation Therapy
Hattie is our resident relaxation therapist. With years of experience, she is the perfect person to give you some time for just you. From Reflexology and Indian Head massage to Hot Stones massage and Relaxing massage, she has you covered.
When she is not in clinic, she is a mummy to little Ronnie, which definitely keeps her on her toes!

Izzie Robb
Sports Massage Therapist
Izzie is one of our sports massage therapists with many years of experience.
She has done additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage as a treatment option. This can be great for localised swelling post surgery, pregnancy or post exercise. Izzie has also completed training in Oncology Massage and offers this treatment alongside Kim.
She is a very busy mummy to Emily and Beth, so when she is not in the clinic, family adventures are the main priority.

Amy Maclean
Podiatrist
Amy is one of our podiatrists and is the owner and founder of Step and Stone Health.
With over 12 years of experience, she has seen it all, so don’t worry! She loves that her job allows her to treat people of all ages from babies to older years.
When she is not at work, she is a keen volunteer for local charity Friends of Anchor and she often has her red Tee on for them.

Caroline Mackie
Sports Massage Therapist
Relaxation Therapy
Caroline is one of our sports massage therapists and has evening and weekend clinics. She has recently completed the training for Indian Head Massage, along with hot stones massage and relaxing massage. These more relaxed treatments can be a great chill after a long day.
As a golfer’s wife and a football mum, she enjoys running in her free time to unwind from the day.

Kirsty Hardie
Sports Massage Therapist
Relaxation Therapy
Kirsty is one of our sports massage therapists who is passionate about keeping you moving well. She is also a Personal Trainer, which allows her to advise you on adaptation you may benefit from when at the gym.
For Kirsty’s recent CPD, she has gained her qualification in Medical Acupuncture. This can be added on to your sports massage appointments with Kirsty, just let us know in advance!
She is a former professional dancer and is a keen skier. She has recently become a dog mummy to the beautiful Onyx and enjoys adventures with her.

Imke Vormeer
Physiotherapist
Imke is our resident physiotherapist and is focussed on getting you moving with ease and without pain. Whether you work at a desk or have a manual job, she will work with you to reach your health goals.
Imke offers BikeFit as a service, great for those new to cycling, or keen to improve performance on the bike. Assessing you on your own bike within the clinic, she ensure that you are set up in the most beneficial way to reduce injury and boost efficiency during your ride.
Imke is a keen cyclist and loves being outdoors. On her days off, you’ll definitely find her climbing a hill, running or cycling into the countryside to catch the stunning scenery.

Louise Laird
Counsellor
Louise is a qualified and registered counsellor who’s here to support adults dealing with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and life’s ups and downs. With a background in yoga and breathwork, she takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to help you feel more balanced and in control.
Sessions take place in a warm, inclusive space where you can talk openly, feel truly heard, and explore whatever’s on your mind without judgment or pressure.
Louise works with you to build a trusting relationship, gently guiding you to see things from new perspectives and helping you gain clarity and confidence. Her goal is to help you understand yourself better, feel stronger within, and take steps towards a life that feels more positive and manageable.
